We are located in a small secluded hamlet with three other properties. The hamlet lies in a wooded rural area 2 miles from the nearest village La Ferriere-en-Parthenay. As we live on the complex we regularily organise social events. These events include BBQ's, Film Night or Karaoke and plenty of games in the pool or field, especially volleyball. See our Prices page for more information. Don't forget our 2 acre site is bounded on all sides, so children are safe playing with minimal supervision.

Living Area

The fully tiled holiday home is tastefully decorated with pictures highlighting french culture, history or famous people and has 2 double bedrooms with one being on the ground floor suitable for wheelchair access.

There is also a spacious lounge with TV (English Channels), films and internet access, a well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and large dining table. The last room on the ground floor is a spacious fully fitted wet room.

Sleeping Areas

There are two spacious bedrooms, one situated on the ground, the second on the first floor which is fitted with a double bed and 2 single beds. Further sleeping arrangements can be a sofa bed in the lounge.

Outside

A private terraced area, over looking our complex has a patio table and chairs, parasol and a gas BBQ, plus access to the communal facilities as described in the attractions page.
